OK, I'm officially a HORRIBLE blogger!!! These past few weeks have been crazy busy! Hopefully when we get our new computers I will be able to upload pictures and post from school. I just don't find time for it since I am having to do it at home for now! So I am bombarding you with pictures from the past three weeks! Sorry I will try to do better!
We have been having so much fun! If your child told you that Batman came to school, it was true! The week we were studying the letter "B" Batman came and read us a book. He got a mixed reaction when he walked through the door, but eventually the kids warmed up to him. Thanks to Darin Schmits!! That was SUCH a busy day. We had Muffins with Mom, a birthday party, and walked up to the old high school to check on the pool progress. The kids loved watching the "diggers" and dump trucks! We also had a few days where we had a blast with bubbles for letter "B".
Moving on to the letter "C", we had a cheerleader from the college! She was great, the kids were very attentive and responsive to her peppy personality. She taught the kids a cheer, read them a story, and brought them a cup (for the letter "C"). Thanks again to Darin! I hear she is majoring in Elementary Ed., such a good choice for her personality, and that she may be back to do some hours for a class with us!!! Fingers crossed!!
We also had some fun with Popsicle math last week. There were more kids that chose purple popsicles than red or orange. We graphed our results using the popsicle sticks, such sticky fun!
This week we are moving on to the letter "D", and will be having "Doughnuts with Dad" on Thursday. We don't have a scheduled visitor, but you never know what will happen in our classroom!!! We have had a few students out due to illness, but for the most part have remained healthy. Please pray that we all continue to stay healthy and strong and we will do the same for you! God Bless!

Fabulous! Makes me wish I were 3 or 4 years old, again!
